Intrajasa’s remittance system works very simply. The remitter simply visits any Intrajasa partner outlet in their respective country, whether domestically in Indonesia or overseas. The remitter then gives over the required amount of money plus the fees charged by the partner.
The transaction is logged in our system and becomes instantly available at the destination. Because we have access to 70,000 ATMs in Indonesia the recipient does not need to worry about having an office nearby, they can receive confirmation of payment and simply access the money through an ATM in the same way they would make a withdrawal from their bank account.
